Bring someone in, share what they pay.
I’m hard of hearing. CaptionsRush ships free local models anyone can run on their own machine. The cloud subscription is what funds the heavier stuff — translation, real-time streaming, the models that actually keep up with shouted comms. The bigger that pool gets, the cheaper we can keep top-tier captioning for the players who lean on it the hardest. Help us bring those people in — we’ll thank you for it, every time.
» Free cloud hours on every signup + first purchase you refer //

» Tebex is optional — start with the hours, upgrade whenever //
Two ways to earn
Pick one. Or pick both.
Cloud hours kick in the moment your code is live. Cash is opt-in — you connect a Tebex Wallet only when you actually want money. We don’t hold the hours hostage either way.
Default — no setup
» Free cloud hours
Every signup and every first purchase from someone you brought in credits cloud hours straight to your CaptionsRush balance. Use them yourself when you’re streaming or making captioned content, or just let them stack — they don’t expire.
+Goes to every approved affiliate, automatically.
+No Tebex account, no W-8, no withdrawal threshold.
+Reviewed by hand per referral — no bot farms credited.
Optional — when you want money
» Cash via Tebex
Want real money on top? Set up a Tebex Wallet, get vetted on Discord, and you also earn 10–15% of every cloud subscription tied to your code — on the initial purchase and every renewal after. The hours keep coming too.
+Stacks on top of the cloud hours, not instead of them.
+Paid monthly straight to your Tebex Wallet — we never touch the money.
+Add the Wallet now, in a week, or never. Doesn’t block anything else.
Cash track — payout tiers
When you do connect Tebex, here’s what you take home.
Real numbers from real subscription tiers, not hand-waving. You keep earning every month your referral stays subscribed — on top of the cloud hours.
Where everyone starts
» Starter
10% of what your referrals spend on cloud, every month they renew. They stay two years, you've earned for two years. Simple.
In real money
One $9.90/mo subscriber = $0.99/mo. First year: $11.88. Two years: $23.76.
Unlocked at $100
» Pro
Once your referrals have spent $100 total with us, we bump you to 15% — on every code you've ever sent out, not just the new ones. Old subscribers come with you.
In real money
Same subscriber at Pro: $1.49/mo. First year: $17.85. Two years: $35.70.
Past $1,000
» Custom
Cross $1,000 in driven revenue and we'll reach out. Some creators want a higher base, some want a flat monthly. We figure out what works for your situation.
In real money
DM us on Discord when you're close. We'll sort it out before you hit the threshold.
Why this exists
Help us grow the pool. Take a cut of it.
Here’s the deal. Anyone can grab CaptionsRush and run the free local models on their own machine — that’s real, and it’s not changing. What costs money is the cloud side: the translation layer, the sub-50ms streaming, the heavier models that keep up when six people are yelling at once.
Cloud subscribers pay for that pool. The more people we have in it, the further every dollar stretches, and the cheaper we can keep top-tier captioning for the deaf and hard-of-hearing players who lean on it the hardest. That’s why growing it matters — not as a marketing line, as actual math.
So if you help us bring those subscribers in, you should get paid for it. The default is free cloud hours, credited straight to your CaptionsRush balance — we figure you might want to use the heavier models too. If you’d rather have cash, hook up a Tebex Wallet and you’ll also earn a cut of every renewal. Both tracks; the cash one is opt-in.
Four steps
How the program works.
» Apply
Drop us your channel link and your Discord handle — that's enough to start earning cloud hours. Want cash too? Add your Tebex Wallet Reference (5-minute signup on wallet.tebex.io) at the same time, or come back and add it later.
» Hang out
Come into our Discord, say hi, tell us what you make. We're vetting humans, not handles — first-day accounts and anonymous farms don't pass. Usually back to you within 24–48 hours.
» Share
Your Creator Code goes live. Drop it in your descriptions, stream panel, bio — wherever you already talk to your people. We don't tell you how to run your own audience.
» Get paid
Cloud hours land in your CaptionsRush balance after each referral clears our hand-review. If you connected Tebex, your cash share lands in your Wallet on every renewal — no invoicing, no chasing.
The honest part
Who’s in, who’s out.
We’d rather say no early than walk it back later. Here’s what gets you in and what gets you a hard pass.
What we look for
» You make stuff
A channel, a stream, a page, a post schedule — anywhere you regularly put your own work in front of people. Doesn't matter how big it is. Matters that it's yours.
» You're findable on Discord
We talk to applicants like people, not tickets. That means we need a Discord handle we can actually reach — preferably one that's been around longer than a week.
» Your audience overlaps with ours
Gaming, accessibility, language learning, deaf/HoH community, anywhere captions actually help someone. If we'd be useful to the people who follow you, you're in the right place.
What we won’t accept
» Hate, harm, or anything sexual involving minors
Zero tolerance. Permanent blacklist. We won't open the reply, we won't argue, we won't reconsider in six months.
» Fake traffic
Bots, click farms, paid keyword bidding on our brand. We can tell, and we will revoke — clawing back paid revshare in the process.
» Made-up claims about us
Inventing features, lying about prices, calling yourself an official partner. Promote the product we actually ship — there's plenty to say about it.
